The longest wait of my life is finally over. Now I get to be a father for the rest of my life and watch the love of my life become the best mother ever. What an incredible opportunity to find what life is really about.
I don't plan on divulging any personal information here because it wouldn't be fair to my wife of son, but I'm happy to talk about the process and how I am trying to be the best father I can be.

Howdy. My name is Nick. I am on a mission to be the man my dog thinks I am and leave the world better than I found it. There's only one problem - nobody knows all the answers... and nobody ever will. But, we can all do our best to figure them out along the way. My hope in sharing my journey is to accelerate learning for us all so we can make the most of the precious time we have on this Earth.
I grew up in Central Illinois with my now wife surrounded by a loving family and a role model brother. My college years were spent playing baseball at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and making life-long friends. Now, my wife and I live in Central Indiana with our golden retriever, Luna. We spend our time working, exercising, dog training, playing intramural sports, and generally enjoying the beautiful life we live.
